Mirage
Mirage is the fully inclusive swing seat from SMP. Suitable
for 5-14 year olds.
Technical details:
- Manufactured from roto-moulded polyethylene with full
UV protection. All fittings are stainless steel.
- Supplied with SMP galvanised swing chains and fixings to suit a 6' or 8' high swing beam
- Can be retro-fitted to SMP 6' or 8' high Delta swing frames
- Certified to EN1176 for unsupervised use (without harness) including impact test requirements
- Registered Design: Community Design Registration No: 000283742
- External Dimensions: 830mm height, 550mm width, 460mm depth; 7kg weight (without chains)

Optional "Take-away" Harness:
- The Mirage will be supplied WITHOUT a harness as standard.
- A bespoke, 5 point harness has been developed for this seat
providing many advantages to disabled users over a "one size
fits all" rigid restraint.
- Fully adjustable: All parts of the harness can be adjusted
for comfort & secure fitting
- Fitting positions to the seat are also adjustable for comfort
safety
- A quick release button is included in the design
- As a separate component the Mirage "take-away" harness
can be easily and securely attached and removed from the seat
by a carer.
- Mirage "take-away" harness can be ordered separately
to the seat by a private individual or organisation. Please contact
SMP for further details.
- Please note: The Mirage harness is only suitable
for supervised situations.
