Standard colours available are black, red and green. These are
manufactured from 'SBR' recycled rubber granules.
Please note that standard black or coloured recycled tiles will
release carbon black as they age and during hot weather. As with
all products of this type, this may come off onto a child's skin
or clothing if rubbed.
EDPM Premier Tiles are also available which have the additional
benefit of a 'through-coloured' rubber top coat which does not
wear black over time. This is manufactured from virgin rubber
material and is available in black, red, green, yellow and blue.
Five tile thicknesses are available to suit Critical Fall heights
of 0.8m - 3.2m
All tiles are 1m x 1m in size.
Premier tiles are porous and feature a cone footing system to
allow water to drain through the surface to the sub-base.
EN1177 tested and certified. A certificate will be sent automatically
with a quotation or is available for inspection on request.
INSTALLATION
Can be laid into a suitably prepared recessed
base or onto an existing smooth, level base. Ramp edges are available
for installation onto existing bases.
Adhesive can be supplied plus detailed laying instructions.
