The Outdoor Fitness Rangesee the film... here»

Encouraging healthy living is an ongoing message for today's society. Increasing activity for all people regardless of age has to be encouraged if we are to raise our levels of fitness and enjoy the benefits it ultimately brings. For some, participation in sport and gym subscriptions are the answer, for most it is not. Our fitness range has been launched to support the need for cross generational fitness provision within our parks. It makes training and informal workouts accessible to all.

The range consists of eleven individual stations which can be situated throughout parks and open spaces. Each module is intended to provide exercise for individual muscle groups, recreating activities through the Mini-Ski, Health Walker and Waist Twister. The equipment is designed in a way that encourages both regular exercisers and the less enthusiastic to join in and get fit!

COLLECTIONS
In order to provide users with a complete body work out we have consulted with Kalle Hofmann a physiotherapist who has devised three workout groups to ensure that you are providing a balanced fitness programme. Three groups have been created identifying the individual station and its corresponding training activity to help you work out a programme that suits the budget available and needs of the user: select a cross section of training activities from within any group and be confident of providing a balanced training programme for all.
