Speciality units are made from 19mm thick polyethylene, a material that is graffiti resistant and UV stable, we combine this with a steel frame to provide long lasting, all round play value.

X These Speciality items have been designed not to require impact absorbing surfacing.

F The Free Fall Height of these play structures is less than 0.6m and therefore in accordance with EN 1176 they do not strictly require impact absorbing surfacing which has been fully tested to EN 1177. However, if they are being provided on hard surfaces, such as concrete or tarmac, we recommend that a minimum surfacing area as indicated is specified to enhance the safety of their provision. If they are being provided on grass surfaces, a suitable level of maintenance will be required to ensure the impact attenuation properties are not significantly reduced.
