The cost of calling 0845 numbers from a landline can vary, depending on the service provider. BT charges their standard local call rate (with a variance between peak and off-peak rates) and also offer telephone contracts that offer customers free of charge 0845 calls at any time of the day, please check your contract for more information. Other service providers may offer a standard local network charge or a free of charge service. Please check with your service provider for more information.

The cost of calling 0845 numbers from a mobile phone can vary, Network providers can charge as little or as much as they want and you should check prior to calling if you are concerned. Some Network providers do include 0845 numbers as part of free “talktime” minutes – but you will need to check with your provider prior to calling.
